We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to take ownership of collections, financial records, and operational accounting. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow and financial clarity as the company grows.
Cash Flow & Collections
Monitor client payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
Prepare Aging Reports and cash flow summaries
Coordinate with management on delayed accounts
Operational Accounting
Record daily journal entries accurately
Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Perform bank reconciliations
Issue and track invoices
Expense & Payroll Management
Record operational expenses (servers, software subscriptions, etc.)
Prepare and manage payroll
Monitor spending against approved budgets
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly financial reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Provide financial insights to support decision-making
2–4+ years of accounting experience
Experience in tech or SaaS companies is a plus
Strong understanding of revenue cycles & collections
Proficiency in accounting systems (Odoo, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail & ability to work independently
