At NamaaIT, we're expanding our team and looking for an experienced HR Generalist & Technical Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and people operations.

What You'll Do
-Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Hire top talent across Software Development, UI/UX, Sales, and Digital Marketing functions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, GitHub, and other platforms.
- Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and hiring assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to identify and attract the best candidates.
- Stay up to date with technology trends and market insights to effectively recruit technical professionals.
HR Operations & Personnel
- Manage employee personnel records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and liaise with relevant governmental authorities when required.
- Support attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll-related processes.
- Lead onboarding activities to deliver a seamless employee experience from day one.
Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Assist in implementing and maintaining performance appraisal systems.
- Generate, monitor, and track KPIs across departments, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to support organizational growth.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience within a Software House or Technology Company.
Proven success in hiring Software Engineers and other technical professionals.
Strong understanding of the Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Excellent negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
HR certifications or diplomas are a plus.
