We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist & Technical Recruiter to join our team at NamaaIT. You will be the backbone of our human resources department, focusing heavily on scaling our technical teams (Developers) and supporting our Sales and Marketing growth.
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the tech talent market and be well-versed in Egyptian labor laws and social insurance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical and non-technical roles (Software Engineers, UI/UX, Sales, and Digital Marketing).
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.) to build a robust Talent Pipeline.
Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews to ensure a cultural and technical fit.
Stay updated with the latest tech trends to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
Handle all Social Insurance procedures (Form 1, 2, and 6) and maintain accurate records.
Ensure full compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law and represent the company at the Labor Office.
Manage employee files, attendance, leaves, and payroll-related documentation.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into NamaaIT.
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Experience: 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years specifically in a Software House.
Technical Sourcing: Proven track record of hiring high-quality Developers (Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, etc.).
Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
Communication: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and multitasking abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; HR Diploma/Certification is a plus.
