About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment while supporting HR operations and performance management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top technical and commercial talent, developing performance KPIs, supporting employee growth, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
- Recruit Software Engineers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, GitHub, referrals, and job boards.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Track and improve recruitment KPIs such as Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
Performance Management
- Support the implementation of the performance management system.
- Develop and monitor departmental KPIs with managers.
- Coordinate probation and annual performance evaluations.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend development actions.
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding and employee records.
- Handle Social Insurance procedures (Forms 1, 2 & 6).
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Employee Experience
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in developing HR policies and improving HR processes.
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management.
- Experience using ATS platforms and HR systems is a plus
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition experience.
- At least 2 years in a Software House or Technology company.
- Proven experience hiring Software Engineers and Sales & Marketing professionals.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- Experience with performance management and KPI development.
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; HR certification is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
