We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our team with the following job description

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Ecommerce Platform.
• Monitor sales targets and campaign performance.
• Update product information, pricing, stock, and promotional content.
• Ensure a smooth customer journey from homepage to checkout and monitor payment performance.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Customer Service, and Tech teams to resolve operational issues.
• Track store performance and prepare daily & weekly reports with actionable insights.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role. 
• Experience in E-commerce Store Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SEO
