Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and highly organized E-commerce Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our online store at Namaa. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire e-commerce operation — from product sourcing and inventory organization to product listings, marketing strategies, and photography coordination. You will ensure that our digital storefront is optimized for growth, user experience, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with experience managing e-commerce platforms, coordinating with multiple departments, and driving online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management (A to Z)
- Manage all aspects of our e-commerce platform(s) including setup, updates, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee the product catalog: categorization, SEO-optimized descriptions, pricing updates, and promotions.
- Ensure accurate product listings with complete specs, tags, and keywords.
Operations & Product Organization
- Organize product inventory in collaboration with warehouse or suppliers.
- Set internal workflows and systems for product lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with the Admin Assistant to track orders, handle returns, and resolve operational issues.
Product Photography & Visual Planning
- Develop and execute a plan for professional product photography, including styling, shooting schedules, and mood boards.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, or in-house creatives to ensure consistency with brand aesthetics.
- Maintain a high standard for visual content on product pages and promotional assets.
E-commerce Marketing
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for product launches, seasonal offers, and special collections.
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to promote products on all channels.
- Analyze sales data and marketing performance to optimize strategy.
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
- Source products and manage procurement activities.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and order quantities with suppliers.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and monitor product performance and demand trends.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor key e-commerce KPIs: conversion rate, traffic, bounce rate, cart abandonment, etc.
- Use analytics tools to generate insights and report regularly to management.
- Propose data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with product photography planning and execution.
- Understanding of inventory and supply chain coordination.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
