We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Telesales & LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with decision-makers and potential clients through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
You will play a critical role in building a qualified sales pipeline by generating warm leads, initiating business conversations, and booking meetings for the business development team. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, confident on the phone, and understands how to leverage social selling strategies on LinkedIn to open doors and start meaningful conversations.
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn networking, and email outreach.
Identify and connect with decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Marketing Directors, etc.) on LinkedIn.
Send personalized connection requests, follow-ups, and messages that generate interest.
Use CRM tools to document interactions, track lead status, and update the sales funnel.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Schedule discovery calls or demos for the senior sales team.
Research accounts and identify key players to initiate contact.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with potential clients.
Proven experience in B2B telesales, cold calling, or LinkedIn lead generation.
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
Solid track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in lead generation or sales development roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Confidence in communicating with executives and decision-makers.
Ability to handle objections and turn cold contacts into warm opportunities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in software, SaaS, or technology industries is highly preferred.
